This policy explains what litebox.ai stores on your device, why it is there, how long it stays, and how to change your mind at any time. It covers every page on this website.

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep, so that the site can recognise the same browser the next time it sees it.
Cookies are not the only thing stored on your device. This site and the tools it loads also use local storage and session storage — two other places your browser sets aside for a website. They do the same job as a cookie, they simply survive for different lengths of time, and the rules that apply to cookies apply to them too. So this policy lists them alongside the cookies, and every row below says which of the three it is.
Two things load on their own wherever you are: what the site needs to work, and the record of what you chose here. The other two groups are yours to control — and whether they wait for your permission first, or run until you refuse, depends on where you are. Section 3 explains which applies to you.
Essential — always on. Without these the site cannot remember your cookie choice, apply the right privacy rules to your visit, or keep you signed in to a password-protected page. There is no way to refuse them and still use the site. They are never used to profile you and never shared for advertising.
Analytics — off until you accept. How many people visit, which pages they read, where they arrived from, and — through PostHog — a replay of how a visit moved through the page, including mouse movement, clicks and scrolling.
Marketing — off until you accept. Identifies your visit for sales and advertising. Accepting this group means Meta is told you were here and can use that to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and it means RB2B tries to match your visit to a named person and the company they work for. It is not only about our own measurement, and that is the reason it is a separate choice.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask first. Nothing outside the essential group loads until you accept it. If you decline, or if you close the banner without choosing, nothing outside the essential group ever runs.
If you are anywhere else, analytics and marketing run by default and you can switch them off whenever you want — we stop the moment you do. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we read it as a refusal, load nothing outside the essential group, and do not show you a banner at all.
Which of the two applies is worked out from the country your connection appears to come from. If that cannot be determined, we treat you as the first case.
Accepting and declining cost you the same. One click each, the same size, side by side, no dark pattern in between.
We keep your answer for 12 months and then ask again. You can change it before that at any time — see section 6.
Every row below has been observed on the live site. "Type" says whether it is a cookie or one of the two browser-storage areas described in section 1.

Google Tag Manager is only the container Google Analytics arrives in; it stores nothing on your device by itself.
The lifetimes above for tools that are not ours are the providers' own settings and can change without us. Treat them as an upper limit. Most of them are also refreshed each time you come back, so the clock restarts rather than running down.
_ga_T9LGB8JZ9M ends in the id of our Google Analytics property. If we ever move property, the name changes with it.
Five companies other than us can place something on your device through this site, each one inside the group it belongs to — so the choice described in section 3 is what controls them. Each is subject to its own privacy policy, which we do not control:
RB2B runs only outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and only if you have accepted marketing.
On this site. Open Cookie preferences in the footer of any page. The card that opens is the same one you saw the first time, with your current answer already filled in. Changes take effect immediately; turning something off reloads the page so that anything already running stops.
In your browser. You can block or delete cookies for any site, independently of us. Blocking the essential ones will stop us remembering your choice, so the banner will come back on every visit: Chrome · Safari · Firefox · Edge
With an automatic signal. If your browser or an extension sends Global Privacy Control, we honour it as a refusal without you having to tell us anything.
Directly with the third parties. Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, and Meta lets you change what it uses to target ads in your Facebook ad preferences.
The site works exactly the same. Every page, every case study, the contact form — all of it is unaffected. What changes is on our side: we stop being able to see how the site is used, and our ads stop being measured. Nothing is withheld from you and nothing is degraded.
If we add a tool, drop one, or change what a category covers, we update this page and move the date at the top. If the change means the answer you gave no longer covers what we do, we ask you again rather than assume it carries over.
