Tigris is a globally distributed S3-compatible object storage service that provides low latency anywhere in the world, enabling developers to store and access vast amounts of data for a wide range of use cases. The company approached Litebox with a need to launch a marketing site and a new product featuring a database. Litebox provided UX, UI design, and development services to complete both projects. We worked closely with the client to define priorities and create a roadmap to meet all deadlines, goals, and deliverables.
We used Jira and ClickUp to track progress and Notion to share deliverables with Tigris. Creating technical documentation, design documentation, and meeting notes accessible to every client is our priority to ensure transparency and clear communication. We built two dedicated teams to work on the site and the product. The product presented a unique challenge as the design required specific technical knowledge of Tigris' solution. We held thorough meetings with the client and technical leader to understand the product and its whole funnel. Once our teams fully understood Tigris' product, we could translate it into design and development. We appreciated the opportunity to work on such a complex project and were pleased to discover the versatility of our team throughout this challenge. The product is currently in the production phase, and the website has successfully launched. Its branding is prepared already for developers and the target audience.
