# Privacy Policy — LITEBOX USA LLC

Last Updated: August 3, 2026

LITEBOX USA LLC ("Litebox", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website litebox.ai or interact with us through our contact channels.

By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where your consent is required before we may track you, we ask for it separately, as described in 1.3.

## 1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

### 1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you interact with forms on our website, we may collect:

- Name
- Email address
- Message or information you submit voluntarily

This information is used to respond to inquiries, provide support, and maintain communication with you.

### 1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you browse our website, certain data is collected automatically through cookies and server logs, including:

- IP address
- Approximate location worked out from your IP address (city, region, country and postcode)
- Browser type and version
- Device information
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referring URLs
- Technical performance metrics

Five third-party tools run on our website. Here is what each one does.

- **Google Analytics (GA4)** counts visits and page views, and shows us which sites and searches brought you here.
- **PostHog** records how the site is used, including a replay of your visit. See below.
- **HubSpot** is our contact database. It recognizes your browser, so if you later submit our contact form, the pages you read before writing to us are attached to your contact record.
- **RB2B** tries to identify business visitors by name, and records an approximate location worked out from their IP address. It does not run in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. See below.
- **Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel** reports your visit to Meta. We use it to measure our advertising and to build audiences to advertise to. See below.

**Session replay.** PostHog records your visit so that we can play it back like a video: the pages you opened, where you moved your mouse, what you clicked, how far you scrolled, and what was on the screen. Anything you type into a form field is hidden from the recording, so we can see that a field was filled in but not what you wrote. We watch these replays to find parts of the site that are confusing or broken.

**Identifying visitors by name.** RB2B checks your visit against its own database of business internet connections. When it finds a match, it tells us your name, your LinkedIn profile and your work email address, even if you never filled in a form and never gave us your details. That information comes from RB2B, not from you, and we use it to see which companies are interested in our work.

RB2B's database covers business connections in the United States, so in practice a name is only found for visitors there. The tool itself runs for every visitor outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and it stores an approximate location worked out from your IP address — city, region, country, postcode, time zone and internet provider — whether or not it finds a match.

**Advertising.** The Meta pixel is different from the other tools: it sends your visit to a company that sells advertising. Meta can use it to recognize you on Facebook and Instagram, so that we can show you our ads and reach other people like you. It runs on every page of this website.

### 1.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

- Keep the website working and remember your cookie choice
- Analyze website performance
- Improve user experience
- Understand usage patterns
- Measure and target our advertising

Only the cookies that keep the site working and remember your choice load on their own everywhere. The rest fall into two groups you can accept or refuse separately, and whether they wait for you before loading depends on where you are:

- **Analytics** covers Google Analytics and PostHog, including the session replay described in 1.2.
- **Marketing** covers HubSpot, RB2B and the Meta advertising pixel. Accepting this group means Meta is told that you were here and can use that to advertise to you. It is not only about our own measurement.

**If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland,** we ask you before any of it loads. Nothing outside the essential group runs until you accept it. If you decline, or leave the banner alone, none of those tools ever run.

**If you are anywhere else,** you can turn these tools off at any time and we stop. If your browser sends an automatic opt-out signal (Global Privacy Control), we treat it as a refusal and load nothing outside the essential group.

We remember your choice for 12 months. You can change it at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page.

The full list of what can be stored on your device — every cookie and browser-storage key, what each one is for, and how long it lasts — is in our [Cookie Policy](https://litebox.ai/cookie-policy).

## 3. How We Share Your Information

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:

- Respond to your inquiries

- Improve and protect our website

Logs and analytics data may be retained longer in aggregated, non-identifiable form. Session replays and the visitor information described in 1.2 are not anonymous; they are held by PostHog, HubSpot and RB2B under those providers' retention settings.
